Lazydays RV
Working closely with new management in managing Lazydays’s employee and customer perception during the company’s reconstruction period, the goal was to build on the caring nature of Lazydays and evolve the RV dealer’s brand into one centered on customer experience.
-
My primary role with Lazydays was producing video content for its content publication betterRving.com. I shot, edited, and animated multiple original video series about all things RVing.
I also had the opportunity to travel the country to create video documentaries of several RV manufacturers. -
Created several regional television spots to create awareness for Lazydays’s stores in Florida and Arizona.
-
Helped execute an internal culture-building strategy, including the production of a company culture book and numerous training and motivational videos for employee events.
Content Marketing
betterRVing was created to be a virtual campfire, a perpetual dialog between Lazydays and their audience, and a content marketing tool that assists in customer retention during a long buying cycle.
I had the opportunity to work closely with Lazydays’ most knowledgeable employees to help transform their insight into entertaining and educational stories experienced by tens of thousands of RVers every month.
Partner Marketing
I was also lucky enough to have the opportunity to travel the country to shoot and edit video documentaries of several RV manufacturers to give Lazydays customers a look at the creation process of their new homes.
